Shipping & Returns

Order Processing:

We endeavour to process all orders within two business days from the date of payment received. If you require any items urgently or on a specific date, please contact us before placing the order.

Shipping Charges:

  1. All orders above our $100 Inc GST will qualify for free shipping Australia wide.
  2. A flat fee of $10 applies to all other orders.
  3. KIDZYZ reserves the right to charge a shipping fee for orders containing bulk products.
  4. KIDZYZ reserves the right to charge a shipping fee for any products which require a two-person lift or shipment to any locations which do not have suitable receiving facilities (special shipping requirements).

Shipment Dates

  1. Any shipment dates indicated in the quotes/invoices are estimates only, and the Company is not bound by any such estimate, and the Customer will not make a claim or delay payment for non-delivery within the time estimated.
  2. It is hereby agreed that the Company will not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages arising, whether directly or indirectly, from none or late delivery of any goods ordered.

All shipments are contracted to third party logistics and we have no control over the delivery timeline and natural elements and seasonal conditions may impact the delivery time.

Partial Shipments

The Company may make partial shipments of any order received, and the Company is not liable to any costs, losses, or damages arising, whether directly or indirectly, from non-delivery or late delivery of any goods ordered.

Policy on Returns and Exchange:

  • We do not accept any change of mind returns. Please choose carefully.
  • Return of goods will not be accepted unless prior approval in writing has been given by KIDZYZ.
  • Any goods returned to the Company must be in sellable condition, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • KIDZYZ will not be responsible for the freight charges for goods returned under its written approval unless the carrier is nominated by the Company.
  • Where goods have been incorrectly supplied, are faulty or have been damaged in transit, the Customer undertakes to notify the KIDZYZ within 7 days of receipt of the goods and agrees that no claims for losses, damaged or faulty goods will be binding on KIDZYZ after this time.
  • KIDZYZ will provide a replacement or full refund once the damaged goods are returned.
  • Other than as set out in this Clause, KIDZYZ is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damage arising, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of any defect or fault in the goods.
